
Two to six months prior to wedding, enjoy free consultation via email or voice telephony for vendor referrals and resources. Total of four (4) pre-nuptial meetings for ocular of venues, physical set up and floor plan discussion, invitation wordings & etiquette, RSVP tracking, proof reading of missals, discussion of reception program. Then one (1) month before the wedding, you turn over all pending wedding details to Eventi as we review your vendors' contracts and agreements, RSVP system & seating plan. Total of four (4) Eventi staff to be present on the day of event, i.e. three (3) coordinators +( 1) technical assistant/utility crew.
