Free consultation three to six months prior to event. Same as Eventi’s standard coordination package, you hire and book vendors of your choice (or those referred by Eventi). Then one (1) month before the event, you turn over all pending discussions with vendors and contact details.

Eventi shall conceptualize the event theme, recommend the program sequence and activities, as well as give you referrals for the vendors and resources you need. Total of three (3) meetings prior to event for contract signing, ocular of venues, floor plan preparation, invitation wordings, design and proofreading, RSVP tracking, reception program and other event highlights.
